Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to booking a cab or tour package with Shiv Shakti Travels ("the Company," "we," or "us"). By making a booking via phone, WhatsApp, or through our web portal, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these operational terms.
1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation
- Cab bookings become legally confirmed once you receive a formal booking confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS from our dispatch desk.
- For multi-day Kutch tours, desert circuits, or outstation rides, an advance booking deposit of 20% to 30% of the estimated fare may be required.
- Passengers must ensure that the pickup time, flight/train details, and destination address provided are complete and accurate.
2. Fare Inclusions, Distance & Toll Policies
- Base Pricing Formula: Package fares include vehicle hiring, fuel consumption for the agreed route, and driver daily allowance (₹300/day standard).
- Vehicle Rates: Standard vehicle calculation rates are based on:
- Sedan (Dzire / Aura): ₹11 / Km
- SUV 6-Seater (Maruti Ertiga): ₹14 / Km
- Luxury MPV (Innova Crysta): ₹18 / Km
- Toll & Parking Charges: Standard tolls, bridge taxes, and monument/airport parking fees are either calculated into all-inclusive quotes or settled directly at toll plazas as agreed upon booking.
- Over-Kilometre Usage: If your travel route exceeds the estimated tour package kilometre coverage, additional kilometres are billed at the standard vehicle per-km rate.
3. Duty Hours & Driver Welfare
- A standard touring duty day encompasses up to 12 operational hours (typically 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM or dusk), allowing safe navigation through desert terrains.
- For night travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a night driving allowance of ₹300 applies to support chauffeur fatigue management.
- Drivers are instructed to observe periodic breaks during long highway stretches to uphold highest safety standards.
4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
- All vehicles are strictly non-smoking and substance-free. The consumption of alcohol or narcotics inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited under Gujarat law.
- Luggage Allowances:
- Sedan: Up to 2 standard suitcases + 2 cabin bags.
- SUV (Ertiga): Up to 3 suitcases + 3 cabin bags.
- Luxury MPV (Innova Crysta): Up to 4 suitcases + 4 cabin bags.
- In the event of severe vehicle soiling or upholstery stains caused by passenger negligence, a professional cleaning fee up to ₹1,500 may be levied.
5. Permits for the Great Rann of Kutch
Entry to the White Desert (Dhordo / Rann Utsav) requires a mandatory government tourist permit issued by the Gujarat Border Police authority. While our knowledgeable drivers will assist you at the Bhirandiyara checkpoint, permit issuance fees (~₹100 per person + vehicle fee) are governed by Gujarat state government regulations.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
All booking adjustments, cancellations, and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to pickup are eligible for a 100% full refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shiv Shakti Travels exercises diligent vehicle maintenance and employs licensed, verified chauffeurs. However, the Company shall not be held financially liable for unexpected flight or train delays, traffic bottlenecks on national highways, or losses resulting from personal luggage left unattended in the vehicle.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal claims or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat.
